# Agentic 10-K

> Which public companies disclose AI agent deployments, plans or risks in their own SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1 since 2025-01-01): verbatim excerpts with sec.gov links, company profiles, buying stage and function, vendors named, first-time filers and quarterly trends.

Current dataset: 629 companies, 2256 filings, 5537 excerpts; 352 companies with at least one model-judged first-party deployment; 86 companies first appeared in the 90 days to 2026-10-15. Latest filing: 2026-10-15.

## What the data is
- Source: SEC EDGAR full-text search for "AI agents", "agentic AI", "AI agent" in 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and S-1 filings since 2025-01-01, refreshed by an automated pipeline.
- Each record is a verbatim excerpt from the filing with a link to the document on sec.gov.
- Model-generated fields: summary, categories (deployment, headcount, risk, vendor, other), confirmed_deployment, vendors.
- Rule-based fields (rules-v1, keyword rules, approximate): function (customer_service, it_ops, ...) and stage (scaling, deployed, piloting, exploring, mention, risk_only).
- Market cap: Yahoo Finance snapshot, with its as-of date. "First-time filer" means first appearance in this dataset (which starts 2025-01-01), not first ever.

## How to cite
- Quote the filing, not us: "<Company> said in its <form> filed <date>: '<excerpt>' (<sec.gov link>)". Add "via Agentic 10-K" if helpful.
- Company pages carry a citable line: "As of <date>, <Company> disclosed AI-agent language in N SEC filings…".
- Do not present model summaries or stage labels as the company's words. Not investment advice.

  - latest_filings: Most recent filings that mention AI agents, newest first, with a one-line summary.
  - confirmed_deployments: Excerpts where the filer states it has itself deployed or launched AI agents (model-judged), newest first.
  - new_signals_since: Filing excerpts dated on/after `since` where a company describes scaling, deploying, piloting or planning AI agents (rule-based stage), newest first, with a verbatim quote and sec.gov link. Use for SDR/AE trigger alerts.
  - find_accounts: Companies (accounts) filtered by business function, buying stage, industry (SIC name substring) and minimum market cap in USD, strongest stage first. Market cap is a Yahoo Finance snapshot (see market_cap_as_of).
  - get_account_brief: One-screen brief on a company by ticker or CIK: stage, functions, vendors named, market cap, first/latest disclosure, a citable 'As of…' line and 2-3 verbatim quotes with sec.gov links.
  - first_time_filers: Companies whose first AI-agent excerpt in the dataset (optionally containing `phrase`) was filed on/after `since`. 'First' means first in this dataset, which starts 2025-01-01.
