“AI agents or “bots” may interact with the public. However, in instances where Agent is not immediately available to supervise the interaction ( e.g. , after business hours), Agent must review all automated communications as soon as reasonably possible to ensure accuracy and compliance. Agent remains legally responsible for the accuracy and compliance of all AI-generated content as if Agent had authored it personally.”
